Welcome! The studio is located in a heritage building on 17th ave & 8 street SW in downtown Calgary. It features beautiful large south facing windows, original brick, and antique hardwood flooring. There is a unique balcony off of the studio as well that is original to the building. It is furnished with multiple different set ups that can be used during a rental, or any of these can easily be moved to fully customize to your use. The studio is available to rent by photographers, content creators, creatives & more!

1-3 hour rentals | $70/hr
4-6 hour rentals | $65/hr
7-9 hour rentals | $60/hr

Frequently Asked Questions
+ Is the studio private?
Yes. You (and whoever else you bring) will be the only people in the studio during your booking.
+ is the furniture included in the rental?
Yes. Everything you see in the images and on the furniture list is included for use during your rental.
+ Can I cancel or reschedule?
You may cancel or reschedule your booking any time up to 72 hours before your booking. For cancellations, the deposit is kept on file as a credit towards future bookings. Deposits are non-refundable. You can use the link in your booking confirmation email to reschedule your booking.
+ Can I eat and drink in the studio?
There is absolutely no food or drink allowed on the furniture in the studio. All food/drink items must be kept on the entryway table.
+ Are pets allowed?
Yes, you can bring up to two pets.
+ How do I access the studio?
The day before your rental you will receive detailed studio access instructions with information on how to access the studio, parking, door code, etc.
